This hotel needs a serious face wash. Although it's comfortable and service is good seems like the clock froze in the 1970's at this hotel.

The friendlyness and personal touch of the staff
The lowe score for staff is because the desk did not understand your system of prepayment and wanted to let me pay the full amount again. Thes led to enormous stress of almost missing the plane because a standard procedure (you take my money and gve it to them, minus your comission) was not understood. THat is amateurism

Just a reliable pick for a holiday in Casablanca at a reasonable price. The breakfast on the 23rd floor was fantastic with great service. Make sure to clarify any extra packages before check-in.

This hotel always pleases me on the service - second to none in Casablanca
The only reproach I have is the Internet being charged for in-house guests and the over-priced buffet breakfast.

fine design, but service could be quicker
The hotel has a amazing design that sets it apart from others. The food is really good, easily the best I've had in Morocco, showcasing a mix of flavors that delighted me at every meal. The staff here are genuinely kind, always ready with a smile and attentive to needs, from management to housekeeping. The city view from my Beautiful Room was magnificent-every morning started with a beautiful sight.
The service could be quicker during peak times, which sometimes affected my overall experience.

Could not find anything special exept the cooperation of a bell man.
Very crowded location. Very old style. Furniture needs refurbishing. I asked for a nonsmoking room and was placed in a smoking one. The receptionist told me he place me in a room with an excellent view and yet the view was awful (a huge old building was blocking the scene from the window)!! The footsteps are clearly heard from the above floor and are very annoying. Could not find the Qibla location in the room and when asking the staff they directed me to the totally opposite direction.
