The hotel has a breathtaking design that sets it apart from others. The food is exceptional, easily the best I've had in Morocco, showcasing a mix of flavors that delighted me at every meal. The staff here are genuinely kind, always ready with a smile and attentive to needs, from management to housekeeping. The city view from my Deluxe Room was simply magnificent—every morning started with a beautiful sight.

However, the service could be quicker during peak times, which sometimes affected my overall experience.

A few minor hiccups included some confusion with the fast track service at the airport, as it didn’t go as smoothly as expected, and service during peak breakfast hours could have been more prompt. Overall, the positive moments far outweighed these small inconveniences.
